Refund Policy

• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be made using the original payment method used during purchase. *Please note that Return to Origin (RTO) costs will be deducted from the refund. As a result, the full purchase amount will not be refunded in case of other than damaged, defective or misplaced items.
• Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for the reasons not due to our error.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation Period: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement to receive a full refund. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it will be treated as a return and our return policy will apply.
